Public Policy Initiatives

To the extent that specific public policies are needed to addresses the concerns of the community economic development (CED) industry, NCACDC actively engages in this process. An example of this membership service would be NCACDC's work in 2008 to shape legislation, which led to the appropriation of state funds to assist organizations working with mortgage foreclosures.
