Training and professional development is a signature service offered by   NCACDC to it's membership since it's inception in 1989. Providing NC's community economic development (CED) industry leaders with the tools and resources necessary to ensure a level of competency and accountability is essential to the maintenance of strong and fiscally sound community development organizations.
